ZetaGames is a free entertainment service. This page sets out the limits of what we can promise — it complements, and does not replace, our Terms of Service.

Everything on ZetaGames is provided for general information and entertainment only. We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and available, but we give no warranty — express or implied — that the content is complete, current, or error-free.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Your use of it is at your own risk.
2. Third-party games
Many games on ZetaGames are created by independent developers. They are hosted here for your convenience, and their presence is not an endorsement. We do not control, and are not responsible for, a third-party game's content, behaviour, quality, or data practices.
Games run inside a restricted sandbox that limits what they can access, and we review submissions before publishing, but review is not a guarantee. If a game behaves in a way that concerns you, report it to support@zetagames.net and we will investigate.
Copyright complaints about a game are handled through our DMCA policy.
3. External links
ZetaGames may link to websites we do not operate. We include such links only where we believe they are useful, but we have no control over their content, privacy practices, or availability, and we accept no responsibility for them. Following an external link is your decision, and that site's own terms and privacy policy will apply once you leave ours.
4. Availability and game data
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or secure. Games, features, and content may be added, changed, suspended, or removed at any time without notice — including games removed at a developer's request or following a copyright complaint.
We also do not warrant the accuracy of leaderboard positions, achievement unlocks, XP totals, streaks, or saved progress. These can be affected by bugs, anti-cheat corrections, connectivity problems, or data migrations. We may reset or adjust game data where we believe it was obtained by cheating or produced in error.
Keep your own backups where it matters. Saved progress lives on our servers and in your browser. Clearing your browser data, or losing access to the account you signed in with, can mean losing local progress permanently.
5. No professional advice
Nothing on ZetaGames constitutes professional advice of any kind — legal, financial, medical, or otherwise. Content published on the site, including any guides or articles, is general commentary and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZetaGames will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost progress, lost data, or lost profits — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply only to the maximum extent permitted, and nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights. The full liability terms are in section 8 of our Terms of Service.
