Terms of Service

By using ZetaGames you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these Terms as the service evolves; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance, and the "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.

How we handle your data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

You must be at least 13 years old — 16 in the EU and UK — to create an account. If you are below the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have a parent or guardian's permission to use the service.

Most games can be played without an account, and no account record is created for you unless you sign in.

• You are responsible for all activity that happens on your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to inflate leaderboards, rewards, or streaks is grounds for termination.
• You may close your account at any time by emailing support@zetagames.net — we action deletion requests within 30 days.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

You agree not to:

• Cheat — use bots, modified clients, packet manipulation, or any tool to forge leaderboard scores or game progress.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users in comments, friend requests, or any other communication.
• Post content that is illegal, defamatory, sexually explicit, hateful, or that infringes on the rights of others.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or republish ZetaGames content beyond reasonable personal use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, our systems, or our infrastructure providers.
• Submit content containing malware, exploits, or anything designed to compromise other users.

Violation may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action. We may also reset or adjust game data we believe was obtained by cheating.

You retain ownership of the comments, scores, and other content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and adapt that content on the ZetaGames service. We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

Games published on ZetaGames are owned by their respective creators. We are not responsible for the content of third-party games and do not warrant their accuracy, safety, or fitness for any particular purpose — see our Disclaimer.

Developers who submit games via the Developer SDK warrant that they own or have licensed all content in their submission, and that the game contains no malware, illegal content, or infringing material. Submissions are subject to review and may be removed at our discretion.

If you believe a game infringes your copyright, follow the notice procedure in our DMCA & Copyright Policy. We operate a repeat-infringer policy and terminate developer accounts in appropriate circumstances.

ZetaGames is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy of leaderboard positions, achievement unlocks, or other game data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZetaGames shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed USD 50, or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.

The ZetaGames name, logo, branding, and platform code are our property, as are the Zeta SDK and the games we have built ourselves. You may not use any of these without our written permission, except as needed to use the service in the intended way.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections 5, 7, 8, and 9 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India, except where applicable consumer protection laws give you the right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
