Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using ZetaGames you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) to create an account. If you are below the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• One account per person — multiple accounts to inflate leaderboards or rewards is grounds for termination.
• You may delete your account at any time from your profile or by emailing zetagames369@gmail.com.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat — use bots, modified clients, packet manipulation, or any tool to forge leaderboard scores or game progress.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users in comments, friend requests, or any communication.
• Post content that is illegal, defamatory, sexually explicit, hateful, or infringes on others' rights.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or republish ZetaGames content beyond reasonable personal use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, our systems, or our infrastructure providers.
• Submit content that contains malware, exploits, or attempts to compromise other users.

Violation may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.

5. User content

You retain ownership of comments, scores, and other content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and adapt that content on the ZetaGames service. We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

6. Games and the Developer SDK

Games published on ZetaGames are owned by their respective creators. We are not responsible for the content of third-party games and do not warrant their accuracy, safety, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Developers who submit games via the Developer SDK warrant that they own or have licensed all content in their submission, and that the game does not contain malware, illegal content, or infringing material. Submissions are subject to review and may be removed at our discretion.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

ZetaGames is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy of leaderboard positions, achievement unlocks, or other game data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZetaGames shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed USD 50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (whichever is greater). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Intellectual property

The ZetaGames name, logo, branding, and the platform code are our property. The Zeta SDK and the games we have built ourselves are our property. You may not use any of these without our written permission, except as needed to use the service in the intended way.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections 5, 7, 8, and 9 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India, except where applicable consumer protection laws give you the right to file in your home jurisdiction.
